Project introduction:
One Piece by Eiichirō Oda is one of the first manga I started my collection with many many years ago and I have to thank my friends for sharing their passion with me, for letting me discover this new world and for being to this day still together on this adventure.
One Piece is one of my favourite manga, also inspired by the live action show on Netflix, I created a 3D renders with objects representing the members of the Straw Hat Pirates, at least the ones showed on the first season of the show.
Fifth render, almost the end of the project and Luffy cannot go in a long adventure and become King of the Pirates without good meals, so here we have the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates, Sanji.
Sanji is an excellent cook and before joining Luffy, he worked as the sous chef of the Baratie, an ocean-going restaurant, so I tried to recreate the location, a painting on a pink wall and a white tablecloth, similar to the anime version. I decided to recreate Sanji's face on a biscuit, similar to his famous "Wanted" poster. Also heart-shaped biscuits as the heart-eyes he has when seeing Nami and other beautiful women. All these sweets go well with a nice cup of tea, this is what Sanji told me!
Render Details:
The tea set, the croissant, the painting and the wooden chair models are from Poly Haven.
The muffin and the base of the heart-shaped biscuit are from BlenderBoom.
I modelled the ugly-Sanji biscuit, the icing of the heart-shaped biscuit, the tea and the spoon.
