Real drawing in 3D scene.
I picked up again pencil and ink after a long time to create a drawing for an Artist I admire so much, the amazing Kim Jung Gi, recently passed away.
I love his style, passion and dedication to his art, he was able to draw using his memory for reference, using perspective and using ink directly, without sketching with pencil first and create really beautiful and intricate Art.

I decided to scan my drawing and create this 3D scene, I modelled also the pen, a Pentel brush pen, one of his favourite to use because it allows to draw thick and thin lines changing the pressure applied on the brush tip.
I used the same pen for the real drawing but I had to trace guiding lines with a pencil first 😅
